Made in small batches with time-honored methods in Oaxaca. Natural smoky flavor perfect over generations. Earthy characteristics on the front of the palate give way to citrus and vegetal agave notes that finish distinctively clean.

• • COLOR: Pale Straw
• • AROMA: Combination of maguey, mesquite and ocote, some citrus zest as well
• • TASTE: Citrus peel, maguey, robust earth spices, vegetal notes throughout
• • FINISH: Medium length, clean finish that holds vegetal notes while adding some hints of citrus towards the end palate
