Don Abraham Organico tequila is a 100% all organic natural agave product.  Produced in a traditional antique process, strictly controlled to obtain the best and finest quality.  Don Abraham uses single estate organic agave.  Agaves are brick oven roasted - 18 hours with steam, 6 hours dry.  Mechanical stone roller crush.  Natural yeast fermentation for 48-72 hours.  double distillation is stainless steel stills.  The Don Abraham family owns their own 100% organic farm with over 500,000 organic agaves across Amatitan, Jalisco Mexico.  Founded in 1999.

Nose- Beautiful rich nose of cooked sweet agave and essence of agave fields combines with hints of green pepper, citrus and spices.

Palate - Full bodied, round and robust enveloping the palate with notes of cooked agave sweetness and citrus peel leading to the subtle spic of ginger and white pepper.

Finish - Extra-long and powerful, absence of heat considering the 110 proof and full of warm backing spices with lingering flavors of caramelized citrus.
