Refunds and Exchanges.

All sales are final. We do not offer any returns or exchanges on any purchases except under the following circumstances:

  • Exchange or Return/Refund Due to Incorrect Product Shipment. If the product you received does not match the product on the electronic record of your order, you will need to ship the incorrect product back to us. After we receive and inspect the incorrect product from you, if there are no issues and the return and exchange is approved, we will ship the new item to you and reimburse your payment method for your actual ground shipping costs. If the product is no longer in stock, we will issue you a store credit in the amount of the purchase price for the relevant product.
  • Common Carrier not Yet Arranged for Order. If you need to cancel an order and we receive the message prior to processing the order for shipping, we may, in our discretion, authorize a return and refund, albeit we may impose a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns and Refunds Prior to Transfer to Common Carrier. If you contact us after ordering and prior to the arrangement of shipping via common carrier, we may, in our sole discretion, approve a return and refund, albeit subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
  • Changes on Shipping Laws. Following the placement of any order, and prior to the goods being shipped, in the event the laws of your state change so as to make it illegal for you to import alcoholic beverages into your state, you may request a return of your  order for a full refund, provided however, you have submitted proof to Barrel Shoppe, and its counsel, of regulations pertaining to such law changes.
