Will I receive more than one bottle per shipment?
Yes! Each quarterly shipment for the Single Barrel Explorer Club includes two exclusive bottles . Every package is curated to offer variety, featuring different flavor profiles and spirit types (bourbon or rye) for a fresh and exciting experience each season.
When will my first shipment arrive?
Your first shipment will be sent in the next available quarterly cycle . After that, you’ll continue receiving your selections every three months.
What if I wanted to skip a shipment?
Yes! You have the option to skip a shipment if needed. Simply make your request at least 3 days before fulfillment , and you won’t be charged for that quarter’s shipment. You’ll continue receiving future selections as scheduled.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. However, once a quarterly shipment has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
