High West's 2024 release of Bourye is a limited release blend of straight bourbon and rye whiskeys aged a minimum of 10 years.

This release is described as a unique and premium blend of rich bourbon and rye whiskeys, making for a premier sipping whiskey and one of High West's all-time favorites.

Nose: Honeycrisp apples, caramelized peaches, homemade waffles with honey butter, bergamot, toasted almonds, sandalwood, wooden chest filled with dark chocolate truffles.

Palate: Maple glazed doughnut, salted creme brulee, candied orange peel, chicory, English breakfast tea, ginger chews, seasoned oak.

Finish: Fresh yellow nectarines with a softly building rye spice.
