Does the four-month window reset?
No, it rolls. Your tier is set by what you have spent over the last four months, not by a total you reach once. As long as that rolling total stays at or above a tier's threshold, the tier holds; if it falls below, you move back to the tier your recent spending matches.
How do I join the Barrel Shoppe Membership?
No sign-up is required. Simply make purchases and we'll automatically track your spending. Once you reach a tier, we'll notify you about your membership status and give you access to exclusive products and benefits.
How do I know what tier I'm in?
Log in to your account to view your current tier, benefits, total spend, and how close you are to reaching the next tier. Everything you need to track your membership status is in your account dashboard.
How do I use my tier benefits?
Log in to your account and your tier discount applies automatically at checkout. No code needed.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. However, once a quarterly shipment has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
What if I wanted to skip a shipment?
Yes! You have the option to skip a shipment if needed. Simply make your request at least 3 days before fulfillment , and you won’t be charged for that quarter’s shipment. You’ll continue receiving future selections as scheduled.
When will my first shipment arrive?
Your first shipment will be sent in the next available quarterly cycle . After that, you’ll continue receiving your selections every three months.
