Unlike the standard batched 1792 Full Proof, these single barrel picks offer a unique, one-of-a-kind flavor profile with significant variation between each barrel.

This specific barrel was chosen by Ledger's Liquors in Berkeley, a true icon in the Bay Area spirits community.  It is our honor to be able to offer this single barrel experience to our customers.
