The Barrell Bourbon 12 Year French Oak Cask Finish is a limited-edition cask-strength blend of straight bourbons that were aged for at least 12 years before a secondary maturation in toasted French oak casks. This finishing process lends a more subtle spice, nuttiness, and vanilla to the bourbon than American oak would typically provide. 

• Origin: The base bourbon is a blend of whiskeys distilled in Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, and Wyoming. It is then finished and bottled in Kentucky.
• Proof: 108.5 proof (54.25% ABV), bottled at cask strength.
• Availability: A limited release with only 1,500 bottles produced.
