Sherry Garcia — a small batch blend of 7.5-year Straight Bourbon — is finished in Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at cask strength. Vol. 2 is a layered harmony of red fruits, oak, baking spice, and dusty barrel funk that lingers like your favorite second set.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE Cherry and raspberry leap from the glass, layered over-seasoned oak and a soft bloom of baking spice—warm, familiar, and just a little wild.

PALATE Thick and mouth-coating, with oxidized sherry leading the charge—nutty and rich. It unfolds into darker tones of dried fruit and toasted warmth.

FINISH A rush of pitted cherry and baking spice lands with power, then fades into seasoned oak and dusty barrel funk. What begins with heat fades softly, leaving a trace of cherry and the echo of something older.
