This exceptional cognac originates from a batch purchased in 2012 from the renowned winegrower, Mr. Julien André, in the prestigious Grande Champagne region. Already 60 years old at the time of purchase, this cognac was divided into three barrels, each capable of producing up to 570 bottles. Our Cellar Master, Pierre Guérin, selected an 80-year-old French Limousin oak cask to preserve the delicate finesse of the aged eau-de-vie. Stored in a serene, damp cellar, this cognac matured gracefully over 12 years, untouched by sugar or caramel, ensuring its pure, authentic character.
