Originally distilled decades ago and acquired in 2012 from renowned winegrower Julien André, this extraordinary eau-de-vie was transferred into an 80-year-old French Limousin oak cask selected by Cellar Master Pierre Guérin to preserve its elegance and complexity.

After an additional 12 years of quiet maturation in a cool, damp cellar, it was bottled at 102 proof with no added sugar or caramel, allowing its authentic character to shine.
