Alabama Straight Bourbon Whiskey

This straight bourbon whiskey was made from 60% white corn, 30% winter wheat and 10% malted barley.  Aged 6 years in a 53-gallon barrel.

The nose has hearty dark fruit notes, with hints of huckleberries and Japanese plums.

The palate is powerful, oaky and filled with dark fruit notes.  This single cask tastes almost like a blueberry pie.
