Dry Gin with Amarena Cherry

The product is made by Fabbri 1905 s.p.a., a long-standing Italian family-owned company based in Bologna.

Dry gin distilled with juniper berries, bitter orange peel, licorice and angelica roots, coriander and cardamom seeds, with pure Amarena Fabbri distillate.

Powerful nose with tart juniper notes, with the scent of ripe Amarena cherry peeking out again and again, … spicier on the palate with full herbal charge.

Because of its cherry distillate, it works especially well in cherry-forward or herbal gin cocktails — think twists on a Gin & Tonic, Martini with a cherry accent, or cherry-infused Negroni variations.
