The Fuenteseca Cosecha 2020 Tequila Blanco, often referred to by its single-estate name "La Tuna De Arriba," is a limited-release, additive-free tequila crafted by master distiller Enrique Fonseca. This 2020 vintage is noted for being particularly jammy and fruit-forward, drawing comparisons to the highly acclaimed 2013 bottling while retaining the sharp minerality found in the 2018 release. 

• • Aroma: Highly complex with intense cooked agave, asparagus, bell pepper, and citrus zest. Secondary notes include cinnamon, nutmeg, and floral hints.
• • Palate: A viscous and thick mouthfeel featuring sweet cooked agave, honey, and bright citrus (lemon and orange zest). It carries a distinct savory-sweet balance with minerals and crushed red pepper.
• • Finish: Long and satisfying with lingering agave sweetness, herbal oils, and a soft mineral echo.
