Granicera Hierbas Gin is an artisanal Mexican gin produced by Taller Astrafilia in Mexico City. It stands out for its herbal profile, highlighting the rich botanical diversity of central Mexico.

• Base spirit: Corn alcohol from Chiapas.

• Alcohol by volume (ABV): 47%

• Key botanicals: Juniper, avocado leaf, cardamom, hoja santa, cacao, cinnamon, damiana, lemon verbena, basil, mint, lemon balm, lavender, chamomile, and others. 

• Production method: Cold maceration with steam in copper stills, using traditional and sustainable techniques
