17 Year Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Highland Park 17 Year Old Between You & I is a limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky from the Orkney Islands of Scotland, representing the second release in Highland Park's distinctive Between You & I series. Created in collaboration with Egyptian-American artist and food designer Laila Gohar, this expression explores the personal memories, places and emotions that whisky can evoke.

Developed by Master Whisky Maker Marc Watson, the whisky was selected from more than 80 casks and matured for 11 years in refill casks before undergoing an additional six years in highly active, unseasoned American oak. This distinctive maturation approach brings forward vibrant fruit, orange blossom, creamy vanilla and warming spice while preserving Highland Park's signature honeyed malt character and gentle aromatic peat smoke.

Bottled at 95 proof (47.5% ABV), this 17-year-old expression delivers a full-bodied, silky character with impressive depth and complexity. Its unconventional oak maturation and artistic presentation make it an especially interesting release for Highland Park enthusiasts and collectors of limited-edition Japanese and Scotch whiskies.
