This barrel was aged for 2 years and 8 months in new oak and finished for 3 years and 9 months in a New Holland Dragon's Mild Stout Barrel.
Warm and Sweet on the nose with notes of cocoa nibs and vanilla. The palate is refreshing, iwth vanilla and chocolate sweetness mingled with light oak spice.
