Lost Lantern hand-selected this cask from New Holland Brewery & Distillery in Holland, MI.  A pioneer in both craft brewing and now distilling.  New Holland brings together beer and spirits in bold, innovative ways.  Their acclaimed Dragon's Milk Stout finished bourbon has forged a new finishing tradition pushing the boundaries of American Whiskey. 

This was aged for 2 years and 8 months in new oak and finished for 3 years and 9 months in a New Holland Dragon's Mild Stout Barrel.  Warm and Sweet on the nose with notes of cocoa nibs and vanilla.  The palate is refreshing, iwth vanilla and chocolate sweetness mingled with light oak spice.
