8 Year Bourbon Toasted & Honey Barrel Finished

Barrels used to age local Kentucky honey for 3, 6, and sometimes 12 months are filled with single barrel bourbon to be finished until peak flavor maturity. The honey barrel imparts a nostalgic sweetness that is very savory and sometimes floral with a long finish that begs to be revisited. Enjoy in moderation if you can. 

• Nose: Dominant notes of floral honey, toasted marshmallows, French toast, and charred vanilla.
• Palate: Syrupy and viscous mouthfeel with flavors of dark caramel, buttered toast, cinnamon, and rich mocha.
• Finish: Long and warming, lingering with baking spices, raw honey, and charred oak.
