T.he Single Barrel Barrel Strength program relies heavily on Old Forester’s unique heat-cycled warehouses, which force the whiskey deep into the wood barrel pores during alternating cycles to accelerate flavor extraction.

The Nose: Heavy waves of deep caramel, dark cherry, brown sugar, and rich vanilla cream. You will frequently uncover signature Brown-Forman notes of sweet banana bread, seasoned oak, and dark baking spices like nutmeg.

The Palate: Viscous, thick, and oily mouthfeel. It hits with high-octane intensity that gives way to molasses, rich cocktail cherry, dark chocolate, and charred oak. 

The Finish: Very long and warming. It leaves lingering traces of heavy barrel tannins, leather, clove, and a sugary, sweet-tea aftertaste.
