Distilled grain-to-glass at the historic Kentucky Peerless Distilling Co., each barrel is bottled at barrel proof, never chill filtered, and crafted to preserve the whiskey's full depth, texture, and complexity.

Rich aromas of caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak, and dark cherry lead into a full-bodied palate layered with brown sugar, baking spices, roasted nuts, and hints of cocoa and leather.

The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of cinnamon, charred oak, and sweet toffee.
