St. George Spirits Baller American Single Malt Whiskey is a unique, award-winning spirit known for its Californian take on the Japanese whisky style, featuring prominent plum and subtle smoky notes. It's celebrated for its complexity and versatility, designed to be enjoyed both neat and in highball cocktails.

• Produced by St. George Spirits in Alameda, California.

• Made from 100% American barley, mostly 2-row pale malted barley + some lightly roasted barley. 

• Distilled in copper pot stills. 

• Aged for 3–4 years in a combination of used bourbon casks and French oak wine casks. 

• Then filtered through maple charcoal. 

• Finished in umeshu casks: casks that held house-made ume (Japanese plum) liqueur.

• ABV: 47% (94 proof).

• Nose: Crisp, dry, bright fruit, a hint of smoke. 

• Taste: Malt sweetness, maple-charcoal smoke, tropical fruit (plum, mango, lychee). 

• Finish: Smoky, lingering, with plum and nutty undertones.
