Selected during our recent Kentucky trip to Willett Distillery, this 13-year rye stood out in a lineup where every barrel was exceptional. After tasting through six incredible options, this was the one we kept coming back to. Being a low-rye rye, it leans to a more bourbon-like profile with more caramel and vanilla and less spice.  It’s a true “last pour of the night” kind of whiskey, layered, expressive, and deeply rewarding.
