M&H (Milk & Honey) is Israel’s first whisky distillery, located in Tel Aviv.

• Notably, it’s aged at the Dead Sea, which is the lowest place on Earth. 

• The aging conditions are extreme — temperatures can reach 50 °C there. 

• They used 20 different casks for maturation, including ex-bourbon, ex-red wine, and special shaved-toasted-re-charred (STR) barrels. 

• Only 4,892 bottles were made in this batch.

• Nose: Sweet vanilla, mocha, cigar box, a hint of mint, and oak. 

• Palate: Black tea, warm spices (cinnamon, coriander), dark cocoa, and white pepper. 

• Finish: Candied ginger, cloves, toasted herbs, and coarse sea salt. 

• ABV: Around 56.5%.
