Beginning with ASW's acclaimed wheated bourbon, each barrel is patiently matured before an extended finish in rare Hungarian Tokaji wine casks—a process that yields remarkable depth, elegance, and individuality. Produced in small quantities, each release offers a distinctive snapshot of barrel character that cannot be replicated.

The nose unfolds with decadent aromas of wildflower honey, apricot preserves, candied citrus, toasted brioche, and Madagascar vanilla layered over seasoned oak. The palate is luxuriously textured, revealing waves of crème brûlée, baked orchard fruit, golden raisin, caramelized sugar, and delicate baking spice, all lifted by the vibrant stone fruit and refined sweetness imparted by the Tokaji casks.
