Unlike a wheated bourbon, Bernheim is a true wheat whiskey, meaning wheat is the primary grain in the mash bill. The result is a softer, rounder profile with layered sweetness, spice, and balance. Aged for a full decade and bottled at 115 proof, this anniversary release showcases the depth and character that wheat whiskey can achieve with time. 

Tasting Notes

Nose of cinnamon and baking spices layered with vanilla and oak. The palate delivers rich molasses and butterscotch before finishing with a lingering peppery warmth.
