Each batch is custom distilled to Smokeye Hill’s exacting requirements, aged in new American white oak barrels (30 & 53 gallon) with char levels No. 2 through No. 5, and bottled non-chill filtered to preserve every layer of flavor and texture.

Tasting Notes

• Aroma: Crème brûlée, vanilla, tobacco, and oak.
