This exceptional bourbon starts as Penelope's signature four-grain straight bourbon. It's then finished using the "Architect" process, with a custom-selected blend of French Oak Staves.

This secondary maturation with the elegant, spicy French oak imparts a silky-smooth texture and deep, sweet baking spices, transforming the bourbon into a true liquid dessert.

Bottled at a perfect 110 proof (55% ABV), 'The Bay Brew' is full-bodied and rich, yet remarkably smooth. The higher proof amplifies the deep, sweet flavors, making it a sophisticated and decadent sipper.
