7 Year Bourbon 100 Proof

The single barrel version differs from the standard small batch by offering unique flavor profiles specific to a single aging location, such as a particular rickhouse or floor.

• Nose: Dominant notes of warm vanilla, honey, and rich caramel, often accompanied by toasted oak and a light nuttiness.
• Palate: A balance of smooth sweetness (butterscotch, caramel) with a subtle rye spice; some single barrels exhibit more unique notes like cherry or even "bubble gum".
• Finish: Long and lingering with notes of leather, tobacco, and baking spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg.
