Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond Double Mash is a new, first-of-its-kind 9-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.

The whiskey is legal innovation within strict Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897 parameters. It is produced by Heaven Hill Distillery at one distilling location during a single season, aged for nine years, and bottled at exactly 100 proof (50% ABV).

What makes it unique is the combination of two completely separate mash bills:

Two-Thirds Traditional Bourbon: Heaven Hill's standard rye-recipe mash bill consisting of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley. It adds a robust structure and classic whiskey spice.

One-Third Wheated Bourbon: The softer mash bill found in brands like Old Fitzgerald and Larceny, containing 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley. It contributes a rounded sweetness.

• • Nose: Dominant notes of toasted oak, honey, and white pepper.
• • Palate: A sweeter, richer flavor profile than the standard 7-year-old offering. It highlights bright citrus oil, maple, honey butter, flamed orange peel, and dark chocolate.
