By blending the accessible sweetness of Espadín with the earthy, structured profile of wild Madrecuixe and the spicy, floral lift of Bicuixe, Ramos has created a spirit that is both a powerhouse and a delicate tapestry of flavors.

• Aroma: An immediate hit of damp earth and roasted agave hearts. As it opens, expect bright floral notes of violet and orange blossom, underscored by a savory hint of leather and pine needles.
• Palate: The entry is rich and oily. Initial flavors of caramelized tropical fruits (think grilled pineapple) give way to the mineral-driven "karwinskii" characteristics of the wild agaves, cedar wood, dry herbs, and a touch of black pepper.
• Finish: Exceptionally long and resonant. The high ABV carries a clean heat that fades into a lingering sweetness of cocoa nibs and a faint, pleasant smokiness reminiscent of a dying campfire.
