Jesse James Outlaw Kentucky Bourbon 7 Year is produced exclusively by Preservation Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky — not to be confused with the unrelated “Jesse James Spirits” brand. This 7-year expression is made from Kentucky-distilled bourbon aged in new charred American oak, where slow maturation develops deep caramel, seasoned oak and warm spice. Bottled at a robust 109.4 proof, it reflects Preservation’s hallmark style: bold, flavor-forward Kentucky bourbon crafted in small, highly controlled batches.

Nose: Caramel, toasted oak, vanilla bean, dark cherry and warm baking spice.
Palate: Toffee, cinnamon, browned sugar, roasted nuts, seasoned oak and subtle stone fruit.
