Sourced from the orchards along the Gulf Coast of Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave, Persian limes yield a floral aroma reminiscent of fresh lilacs.
Leopold Bros. distills these fragrant limes in an Eau de Vie still, adding a touch of cane sugar and house-made lactic acid to lend this cordial its intensely tart finish.
This cordial mixes beautifully in all manner of mezcal, tequila, and rum drinks.
Try it as a substitute for lime juice to elevate a cocktail from ordinary, to memorable.

This novel lime cordial is made by double distilling Persian limes in Leopold Bros’ hybrid copper pot stills, with additional peels added between distillations.
The spirit is then sweetened and acidified with house-made lactic acid to create verdant lime freshness with lasting, balanced acidity.
Use it to add dimension to Gimlets and Gin & Tonics, or to bolster the lime juice in any cocktail that relies on lively citrus.
