Three Chamber Rye

After three years of absence from the California market, Leopold Bros is bringing its historic Three Chamber rye whiskey back to retail with the oldest and higest-proof expression to date. 

Originally used by famous American whiskey distillers like Jack Daniels and StitzelWeller, the Three Chamber Still made incredibly oily and intensely flavorful whiskeys before it fell out of fashion after Prohibition due to its lack of efficiency. 

The aromas were incredible: peanut shell, maple syrup, cocoa nibs, and hazelnuts followed by wafts of fruits like plum, cherries, apricot and orange marmalade. The finish held floral notes that he sound found to be the hallmarks of Three Chamber Rye profile: lavender, rose, elderflower, and chamomile. For those who still appreciate classic American craftsmanship, the Three Chamber rye whiskey is a step back in time to a golden age of distillation.
