Freddie Noe’s The Infinite: Edition II is a remarkable continuation of Little Book’s evolving legacy—a limited annual blend designed to carry a piece of its past into the future. The 2025 edition brings together Kentucky straight bourbons distilled by three generations of the Beam family: a 22-year-old bourbon from Booker Noe, a 10-year-old from Fred Noe, and a 7-year-old extended-fermentation bourbon from Freddie Noe. Approximately 30% of the original Infinite Edition I is also carried forward, creating a living blend that literally builds upon itself from one release to the next.

Bottled uncut and unfiltered at a formidable 120.8 proof (60.4% ABV), Edition II delivers tremendous depth without sacrificing balance. The nose opens with fresh apple and pear layered over caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and barrel char. On the palate, rich caramel and vanilla give way to dark stone fruit, chocolate, baking spice, and mature oak, with an exceptionally long finish marked by cinnamon, clove, dark fruit, and lingering barrel character.
