Manuscrito Chapter Two High Proof Blanco Tequila delivers an expressive, high-proof tequila experience built around mature Blue Weber agave and bold, savory complexity. Crafted by Master Distiller Oscar Vazquez Camarena at Destilería El Sabino (NOM 1643) in Jesús María, Jalisco, Mexico, this elevated blanco is made with single-estate agave harvested at 6–8 years of maturity.

Traditional production methods include slow cooking in stone-brick ovens, roller-mill extraction, open-air fermentation with native yeast and agave fibers, and double distillation in copper pot stills. Bottled at 51.55% ABV (103.1 proof), Chapter Two showcases concentrated cooked-agave character with layers of pepper, citrus, and earthy vegetal notes.
