The Old Fitzgerald 10-Year Bottled-in-Bond is a limited-edition, highly allocated wheated bourbon produced by Heaven Hill Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. Released periodically as part of the esteemed Decanter Series, it features a 100-proof spirit crafted from a mash bill of 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley.

Nose: Rich aromas of butterscotch, vanilla, toasted oak, and nutty undertones like pecan or walnut alongside subtle hints of cherry and dried floral herbal tea. 

Palate: A soft, approachable mouthfeel leading with sweet caramel, brown sugar, baked apple, and dark chocolate, transitioning into cinnamon, white pepper, and structured oak char. 

Finish: Medium-length finish highlighting lingering oak, warming spice, and subtle nutty or dark fruit aftertastes.
