Paladar Single Barrel Añejo is a highly regarded, additive-free premium tequila produced at the famous El Llano Distillery (NOM 1109) in Jalisco, Mexico. Crafted by Eduardo Orendain Jr. (a fifth-generation master distiller) in collaboration with Pete Nevenglosky (co-founder of Rare Character), this tequila is heavily celebrated by enthusiasts for preserving traditional tequila-making techniques while showcasing unique barrel-to-barrel profiles.

• Agave: 100% Blue Weber Agave (harvested at 7–10 years from estate fields)

• Aroma: Cooked agave, lemon peel, rich caramel, vanilla extract, and earthy, damp soil.
• Palate: Dark chocolate, white pepper, cinnamon, toasted oak, nutmeg, and a velvet-smooth mouthfeel.
