The mashbill includes Northern Artisan Rye, Heritage Corn, and Roasted Barley, creating a distinctive grain profile with depth and texture.

• It’s micro-batch, pot-distilled (1–3-barrel batches), which is very rare in modern whiskey production. 

• Aged for 7 years. 

• Bottled at 58.6% ABV / 117.2 proof.

• Label “Estate” — implies they are using some or all of their own distillate (rather than sourcing).
