Rare Perfection 14 Year Old Overproof is a unique Canadian whisky produced by Preservation Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Despite being distilled from a wheated bourbon mash bill (corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley), it is technically a Canadian whisky because it was distilled in Canada (Waterloo) and matured in cold, single-story Canadian warehouses.

- Type: 4-grain "Overproof" Canadian Whisky.
- Aging: 14 years in a freezing cold climate, which limits wood expansion and slows maturation, resulting in a lighter color and more subtle oak interaction than traditional Kentucky bourbons.
