A limited-edition Speyside single malt Scotch showcasing the rare and distinctive character of Palo Cortado Sherry.

Aged for 11 years and finished in Palo Cortado puncheons and hogsheads, this whisky brings together rich fruit, chocolate and warming spice.

Expect layers of ripe plum, dark mocha, toasted honeycomb, maraschino cherry, cinnamon and treacle, with a beautifully rich finish.

Palo Cortado is the rarest style of Sherry, combining the aromatic finesse of Amontillado with the structure and richness of Oloroso. It develops when the ‘flor’ yeast layer naturally fades on a wine that was initially intended to become a Fino.

Tasting Notes: Cinnamon spice, butterscotch and damson plum lead into brambles, baking spices, mocha, plum jam and chocolate.
