Each Ensamble represents a one-of-a-kind blend that will never be replicated, resulting in a flavor unique to that batch, making every bottle a homage to Tío Rey’s craft and tradition.
Using ancestral techniques, Tío Rey hand mashes cooked agave with wooden mallets and distills in a series of clay pots. The more tropical environment of Sola de Vega delivers complex notes of wet soil, dried stone fruits, and honey, each which vary per batch.
