Warbringer Mesquite-Smoked Southwest Bourbon is a very distinctive American bourbon whiskey made by Sespe Creek Distillery in Oxnard, California. It’s known for its bold mesquite smoke character, giving it an unusual and intense flavor profile compared with most traditional bourbons.

The hallmark of Warbringer is its use of mesquite-smoked grains — particularly corn — in the mash. The grains are smoked with real mesquite wood for days before fermentation, resulting in a bourbon with smoky, savory, and barbecue-like notes that are rare for bourbon whiskey.

The original Warbringer bourbon has won awards such as Best Pot Still Bourbon in America at the World Whiskies Awards — a sign of both its craft approach (pot still distillation) and flavor profile.
