Here, master mezcalero Isidro Rodríguez Montoya applies his signature "clean and chiseled" style to the plant, stripping away industrial expectations to reveal the raw, mineral-driven terroir of the Michoacán mountains.

• • Nose: An immediate, effervescent burst of bright citrus peel and lime zest. It is incredibly fresh, with underlying notes of wet slate, rainwater, and a curious, sweet aroma of watermelon rind.
• • Palate: Lean and structured. The palate offers a clean "pop" of sweetness followed by savory complexity: fresh cucumber water, hibiscus, and green peppercorn. The mineral presence is undeniable, think crushed volcanic rock and dry earth.
