This older expression of the award-winning flagship rye whiskey is bottled without chill filtration at 100 proof, featuring a mashbill of 95% rye and 5% malted rye. Since its founding in 2014, the distillery has meticulously set aside select barrels for long-term aging. The extended time in the barrel enhances the whiskey’s character, resulting in a bold, rich profile with complex, spicy flavors.
