Siembra Alteno Tequila Reposado

Siembra Alteño is produced by Siembra Spirits in collaboration with noted master distiller Carlos Camarena and spirits advocate David Suro.

Estate-grown agave: The agave is grown on land owned by the producer, giving a single-estate terroir character.

Cooking: Agave piñas are slow roasted in brick ovens (rather than diffusion/autoclave) to preserve flavor.

Fermentation: Spontaneous/native yeast fermentation in wooden vats to emphasize nuanced flavors.

Distillation: Two-pass copper pot distillation; the first pass includes agave fibers (bagasse) in the still to enhance flavor.
