Released in October 2025, this rye is an uncut and unfiltered small-batch whiskey bottled at barrel proof. Its mash bill includes heirloom blue corn in addition to rye and malted barley.

If you enjoy rye whiskey and are looking for something a little different — bold, barrel-proof, with a twist via the blue-corn & high-altitude maturation — this is a strong candidate. It's less of a mass-market pour and more of a craft expression with interesting production story and flavor complexity.
