Willett
Wheated Kentucky Straight 8 Year Bourbon

Available annually in limited quantities this elegant black bottle contains a bourbon mash bill with winter wheat developed by Master Distiller Drew Kulsveen and bottled at a full body proof after 8 years of maturation.

Willett Distillery is rooted in nearly 90 years of history, with each generation providing their unique influence. This bottle and whiskey inside represent the edgy character of the current generation.  

Distilled by Willett from a mash bill of 65% corn,  20% wheat, and 15% malted barley, this whiskey was aged at least 8 years before bottling at 108 proof. 

Tasting Notes

The nose opens with scents of caramel, cinnamon toast, and milk chocolate with some light fruit and oak underneath. 

The palate follows the nose closely, opening with sweet cinnamon and caramel flavors with white grapes, raisins, and sweet oak in supporting roles. 

A medium-long finish features chocolate, raspberry, and caramel and invites you to take another sip.
