In the heart of Oaxaca, the ancestral land of the Zapotec culture, Mezcal BNAAA is born. This ultra-premium mezcal is more than a drink; it is a masterpiece crafted by a sixth-generation husband and wife distilling team who have perfected the art of agave distillation. Our story begins with the land, where each agave is lovingly nurtured under the Oaxacan sun, ensuring only the finest agaves are selected for Mezcal BNAAA.

We meticulously select Espadín agaves that have matured for 8 to 10 years, carefully choosing those with the optimal amount of aguamiel (sugar). This dedication to quality continues at our distillery, located in Santiago de Matatlán, Oaxaca—famously known as the “World Capital of Mezcal.”
