Produced in Tuitán, Durango, Mexico, this rare bottling has an extremely restricted run, with only 300 bottles allocated for the U.S. market.

Agave Type: 100% Wild Agave Cenizo (Agave durangensis) native to Durango.

The Pechuga Method: True to ancestral traditions, it undergoes a third distillation where seasonal fruits and actual deer meat (venison) are suspended inside the copper still. The vapor passes through these ingredients, embedding a savory complexity into the spirit.
